About

Completing purchase order
Follow-up on status of current purchase orders
Arrange for collection or delivery of orders
Shipping documentation, invoice, purchase order and request.
Provide procurement support to projects.
Review for potential suppliers.
Analyse Quotes and make recommendations.
Negotiate terms and conditions and conclude Supplier Agreements through.
Review Price, Quality, Delivery Conditions, and Payment Terms. Etc.
Be part of Development (R & D) and quality for First Part approval.
Establish, set, maintain and update material standards (exchange rates, raw material trends, etc.)
Compile Supplier Reports and make recommendations for improvements.
Compile Supplier Report.
Maintain and improve relationships with suppliers.
Housekeeping.
Responsible for Warehouse and stock
