• Answering customers’ IT related queries in a professional manner
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware
• Respond to calls, e-mails, messages from customers seeking help
• Walk customer through problem-solving process
• Run diagnostic programs to resolve issues
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved
• Shift work – 24/7 support


• Windows 7
• Active Directory
• Office 2010 up to 365
• Basic network troubleshooting skills
• Basic hardware and peripheral support – PC’s, laptops and printers

• Fluent Norwegian is essential
• Good command of English
• Experience on a IT Service Desk
• Service driven
• Positive attitude with a passion for IT
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Understanding of ITIL framework
• Experience in using ticketing/incident management tools
• Good understanding of working in an SLA driven environment.
