Throughout my various positions within Beeline; I have been responsible for knowing key clients, business processes, and their usage of the Beeline application. I am the primary liaison between the client and internal Beeline departments such as Development, Configuration, Quality Assurance, Reporting and the Product team. I project future needs of the client and provide support to accomplish the program and system goals. I achieve this by:
• Building and maintaining strong long term relationships with clients, Managing Service Partners and Beeline end users through detailed knowledge of client specific business goals, a commitment to excellence, exceptional issue management and meeting or exceeding client expectations while maintaining cost effective service and organization.
• Utilizing Agile methodology by planning, analysis, design and implementation of new Product offerings and the maintenance of each after go live.
• Implementing multiple client expansions and program initiatives into various geographical locations globally.
• Configuring self-service products for multiple clients in both testing and live environments.
• Acting as primary liaison between client organizations and Beeline Development and Engineering team members.
• Owning Product suggestions and implementation of suggested Products to client sites and Program offices.
• Documenting client business requirements and translating requirements into end user stories.
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) quality assurance and best practices compliance.
• Successfully leading large scale integrations projects into SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Arriba and other proprietary programs for leading Fortune 500 companies.
• Generating Integration Specs for Beeline Application that includes: Client HR Data, Procurement Configuration, Workflow

Primary Client Solutions Project Manager
Project Initiation:
• Managing team productivity to ensure projects are on-time and within budget.
• Managing team assignment designations as well as appropriate resource allocation.
• Ensuring all team members follow appropriate time reporting, expense reporting, policies and procedures.
• Enhancing and enforcing knowledge management participation, adhere to training and perform routine intake initiatives.
• Managing project and liabilities with specific goals for revenue and project cost.
• Forecasting resource needs to match bill of sale.
• Contributing to Executive Management by initiating process improvement routine structure.

Project Delivery:
• Working with Finance Operations, and Network Operations to define and execute best practices of deliverables.
• Ensuring team members have a comprehensive understanding of the overall project deliverables.
• Performing presale project designations and serving as primary point of project escalation and leadership.
• Ensuring all projects are appropriately allocated, monitoring weekly progress against stated project plan.
• Holding team members accountable for managing projects effectively, escalating risks and blocking issues appropriately.
• Serving as an escalation point and coaching team through challenging implementation issues.
• Developing team communication standards and ensuring their implementation.
• Monitoring use of implementation methodology by maintaining consistent practices and standards.
Client Service Process Committee Member

The committee consists of 4 Client Service members designated by Senior Level Management. The purpose of this committee is to develop, improve, and implement standard processes within the Client Services department to foster Best Practice Training and Development for Beeline staff.

Client Services Tier VMO Team Lead

The Team Lead is an appointed position within the VMO Tier who leads over 8 Client Services team members. Bi-weekly meetings were held as knowledge sharing sessions to build cohesiveness within the group and foster creativity, moral and Best Practices.

Strategic Solution Ideation Session Facilitator

The purpose of this Ideation session was to bridge the service gap as well as establish working responsibilities within the new team structure of Client Services after major reorganization. The Ideation session was a 2 day workshop for Technical Account Managers and their respective Client Solutions Analyst.
