1.Create, update, and maintain records, financial records, and other records/data.
2.Support department managers, staff, and tenants.
3.Organize conference room scheduling and equipment.
4.Prepare correspondence, documentation, or presentation materials.
5.Assist other departments with administrative or clerical support.
6.Review and analyses existing administration systems and develop new initiatives.
Control flow of information internally and externally
7.Responsible for taking minutes and preparing agendas before all internal meetings and with project meetings as required
8.Liaison with internal and external contacts and clients .

Good communication , Microsoft excel and solving problems
Bachelor degree
Language(s) spoken

English (Fluent)
