Description

As a Customer Support Service team member, you will use your great communication skills to

assist customers in making correct use of a product. Via Live-Chat, E-mail and phone support

you will help to increase customer retention.

Responsibilities:

 Provide Feedback to team leader, traders and support team.

 Help to solve customer queries without ticket escalation

 Translating from English to Greek

 Keep informed and interested in our online sportsbook, casino & virtual games products

Required Skills:

 Excellent and Fluent Greek and English language skills

 Experience in sports betting or casino customer service

 Professional communication skills

 Able to work shifts, weekends and bank holidays (40 hours regular a week)

 Able to work overtime if necessary

 Good keyboards skills
