About

• 8 years in customer service
• Highly organized, dedicated, strong work ethic and time-bound
• Excellent customer service and customer relations management
• Open-minded, flexible, and a great team-player
• Proficient in MS OFFICE (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Outlook)
• Fluent in the English language and basic French

Skills
o Focuses mainly on getting to know each client by evaluating their profile, building trust and identifying potential customers to maximize business
o Prepares all export or import documents, sending quotations tailored for every client, and updating them with the flow of each of their shipment.
o Maintains and updates client’s records (account information, monthly shipment statuses, client’s service rating, etc.) to aid in improving client’s trust on our service and further develop more business.
o Liaise with other branch offices, partners, carriers, freight forwarders and other department in the supply chain to cohere the flow of the shipment.
o Sending client’s invoice, making payment requisitions and job closing.
o Sending weekly and monthly reports of the shipments, account receivables, and customer updates to the entire team or directly to the Managing Director.
