Brownes Tuam is a fine dining establishment in Tuam, Co. Galway focused on local, seasonal produce served in small tasting plates and reflecting the best in contemporary Irish cooking.

We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team.

As a member of our small team you will work with Chef Patron, Stevie Lane who has spent the last 11 working in some of Dublin's top restaurants and with some of Ireland's best chefs (Stephen McAllister - The Pig's Ear, Derry Clarke - l'Ecrivain and John Wyer - Forest Avenue)

The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar position, must be passionate about quality food and ingredients, must be eager to learn and always looking to improve themselves.

This is an exciting chance to be part of a dynamic, developing kitchen with big plans for the coming year and beyond.
