• Receiving and handling customer phone calls /e-mails
• Providing information about the service
• Giving support to customers in general related questions
• Use all manner of modern communication to offer the best possible service
• Solving customers' elementary general problems (after around 2 weeks training)

Location: Budapest, XI. District (15 minutes from city center)

Fluent Dutch and min. intermediate English language knowledge
• Good PC handling is essential (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication, problem solving and customer handling skills
• Excellent monotony tolerance
• Customer orientation
• Good typing skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Can manage the 2-3 weeks training ( Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm)
