We are looking for an experienced service delivery professional for the role of:

Senior Service Delivery Specialist

This role is key to delivering the technology that underpins the IS services available to the business by moving some of the activities conducted by the in-market and functional business relationship managers to a more centralised organisation. This includes control and compliance activities as well as ITIL process adherence.

The team will work closely across all business support functions to deliver the centralised service delivery for our markets in Americas.

Responsibilities:

Accountability for delivery of the Central Service Delivery activities
Application Lifecycle Management as per assignment
Delivery of allocated Compliance and Controls activities
Looking for opportunities to automate/streamline activities
Reporting of KPIs and risks
Incident Management

Requirements:

Background of IT service delivery and hands-on experience of a minimum 5 years
Worked on L2 technical troubleshooting for at least 3 years
Fluent in English
Willing to cover EST shifts and may need to extend if there is a critical incident
Knowledge of information technology processes and controls
Strong ITIL execution experience
Significant analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills enabling candidate to prepare and present recommendations to IS management
Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities concurrently to work under pressure to meet tight time commitments
Ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships with Information Technology personnel and vendors
Experience of using an IT service management toolset, Servicenow ideally
Ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships with Information Technology personnel and vendors… and internal customers
