From 2011 to 2017 I was working as a head of department for foreign trade and internationalization at the legal consultation Rivadeneyra, Treviño & De Campo in Puebla, Mexico. In this position I was responsible for the consulting of foreign companies which were expanding their operations in Mexico.

Besides the consulting in customs and external trade matters for companies of different sectors (chemistry, automotive, textile and food sector) my main tasks were the conduct of the Mexican tax program „IMMEX“ in questions of import and export regulations, the administration of the inventory control system „Anexo 24“, the consulting in integral logistics services, partner and customer support and the assistance to the CEO´s through several meetings and business trips. Working as the interface between the clients and several federal institutions permitted me to gain deep insights into the international project and program management. Prior to that I earned work experience as a consultant in customs law and foreign trade for different institutions.

I achieved my Master degree in „Foreign Trade Law“ in June 2013 at the Universidad de las Américas in Puebla. From August 2003 to December 2007 I studied the Bachelor degree program „International Trade“ at the UPAEP in Puebla. Before my studies I attended a six month language exchange at the Aspect Education Ltd. in Toronto, Canada.
