Measure, cut, prepare & fit segments of pipe & Structural Steel. Ran overlapping beads, performed Butt, Fillet, Socket & Groove Welds. Weld Stainless Steel & Aluminum in accordance with Military Standard 1595-A. Weld Plate & Structural Steel in the Flat, Vertical, Horizontal & Overhead Positions. Use GTAW (TIG), SMAW (Stick), GMAW (MIG) & FCAW (Flux core) Welding Processes
Skilled in Basic Fitting, Piping System Layouts, able to interpret blueprints and welding diagrams. Weld mild steel, plate & structural steel in accordance -ASME Section IX & AWS codes & standards. Weld 2”-5” pipe: 2G, 5G, & 6G positions & welded larger diameter pipe - Pipeline Standard API 1104. Maintain all required safety regulations with no violations for 14 months. Spray Arc - 50’ Beams, Base Plates, Stiffeners and assorted plates. Flux Core - 40’ Platforms, Stiffeners and assorted plates.
