-Day to Day production team workload and project coordination
-Responsible for overall project objectives: budget, time, scope of work, quality, risk and customer satisfaction
-Assist during pre-sales and scoping phases, including specifications review to ensure that projects start on a good base
-Organizing regular meetings with Project Managers to check project status, understand project constraints and organize production team accordingly
-Act as escalation contact with customers or members of other Bluecom’s offices
-Giving visibility to the Management Team on project status and the current/future workload of the team
- Responsible for process documentation and Continuous Improvement
