Description

Job descriptions:
• Develop and maintain client relationship and provide payroll advice and guidance
• Perform full cycle payroll processing and all associated tasks as required
• Provide an exceptional Client and Vendor customer service experience
• Identify areas of opportunity for process improvement through interviews/analysis and implement those process improvements
• Assess Client processes and system utilization for regulatory compliance
• Deliver documentations and reports to the Client in a timely manner (weekly status reports, etc.)
• Lead tax reporting and year-end processes
• Develop Client documentation and deliverables
• Provide strategic support to Client’s projects and initiatives related to payroll

Notes: Foreigner expat living in Vietnam with the adequate skill are encourage to apply. Work permit will taken care of by company for successful expat applicant.

Skills
- 10 years of payroll experience.  
- Experience in managing staff, teams and/or projects is required.  
- Ability to provide recommendations and show value to clients utilizing industry payroll best practices.
- Working knowledge of multiple HR/Payroll and time entry systems
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
- Human Resources, Payroll Tax, statutory insurances depth knowledge (with global payroll experience a plus)
