Description

1. GENERAL INFORMATION
- Type of the position: Full-time permanent
- Working location: 16A Le Hong Phong, ward 12, district 10, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
- Working time (flexible):
Week-days: 6am - 2pm; 10am - 6pm
Week-ends: 6am - 2pm; 2pm - 10pm; 10pm - 6am

2. MAIN DUTIES
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services;
- Handle customer complaints, investigate and use appropriate complaint resolution.
- Work with other members of the team to meet individual and collective goals for high productivity, high customer satisfaction rate, low total ticket resolution time, and appropriate first response time.

3. REQUIREMENTS
- College/University graduated
- At least 2 years working experience in Customer Service field ( IT support, helpdesk support experience would be an advantage)
- Excellent command in French & English
- Comfortable in dealing with customers
- Able to adapt, to do multiple tasks in a challenging international working environment
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work on weekends
