-With 4 years of Call Center Experience (General)
-Fluent with both English and Spanish language (written, reading and speaking)
-Flexible to work on shifting schedule (Graveyard)
-Amenable to work in Centris, Quezon City

Key responsibilities:
-Answers inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries and also to handle and resolve customer complaints.
-Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company.
-Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
-Ability to establish phone conversation and rapport with customers
