Executive –Customer Service
(English and Korean Language Support)

The Position:-
The Executive –Customer Service will be required to manage incoming calls and emails from customers in Korea pertaining to hotel reservations, manage complaints and feedback as well as organize the payments.

The position will require you to support the contact centre in spoken and written English and Korean.

The Requirements for the Role:-
• Diploma/Degree holders.
• 23 years old and above.
• Korean nationals only.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Korean.
• Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team.
• Dynamic, highly motivated and a result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Operating Days : - Monday-Friday
• Operating Hours: - 9am-6pm (Korea time).

The Package:-
• Attractive Salary (RM6000)
• Housing Allowance RM500 per month
• Work permit organize and paid by the company.
• Probation period is 3 months.
• Once confirmed, you will be entitled to a Performance Related Allowance on a quarterly basis.
• 15 days Annual Leave.
• 14 days Medical Leave.
• Medical and hospitalization insurance coverage.
