Description

1- To handle all inbound calls pertaining to hotel reservation and travel product information and other inquiries for Korean customers

2- To exceed customers' expectation in terms of customer service and accurate information

3- To be able to provide information related to travel and tours for customers' convenient travelling

4- To communicate with contracted vendors about customers' inquiries or queries

Skills
1- Candidate must possess at least Diploma level qualification, preferably from Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
2- Candidate with Diploma level qualification in other fields of study are encouraged to apply.
3- Required language : Korean (mother tongue) / English (Business level)
4- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position
5- Fresh graduate who interested in to start their career in a call center are also encouraged to apply - Full training will be provided
6- Applicant must be willing to relocate to Ara Damansara, Malaysia
7- Applicant must be willing to work on rotation shift (Operation hours: 8am - 8pm) 5 days a week. You may require to work on weekends.
8- Good command of computer skills / Microsoft Office and typing must be fast for both Korean and English
Diplomas
Diploma from Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or any equivalent
