[b]Position:[/b] Human Resource Generalist

[b]Reports to[/b]:Head of HR

[b]Purpose of the position:[/b] To provide HR advice and support to the assigned departments and assist Head of HR in all facets of Human Resource Management.

[b]Working Location:[/b] G tower - Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
[b]Working Days:[/b]Mondays to Fridays
5 days / week based on work schedule

• 9am to 6pm
• 10am to 7pm
8hrs / day - based on work schedule

To provide HR advice and support to the assigned departments and assist Head of HR in all facets of Human Resource Management. To succeed in the HR Generalist role, you will need to have the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across borders and internal matrix. Able to see the bigger picture, with service oriented mind and being agile, focusing on the HR needs of employees and stakeholders.

[b]Job Responsibilities[/b]
• Responsible for all aspects of employee’s lifecycle.
• Facilitates performance management, employee development, assist in compensation reviews, participate in recruitment and HR Operations matters
• Manage employee’s on boarding, internal HR database, disciplinary issues and benefits management.
• Be the voice of the employees to HR and the face of HR to the employees, ensuring successful HR programs, initiatives and processes.
• Support Head Of HR to execute HR operational and strategic plans for the assigned Departments.
• Execute HR processes, initiatives and ensure compliance / adherence to HR Policies
• Anticipate and address HR related trends and issues impacting the business and provide insights, recommendations, and solutions when needed.
• Anticipate and resolves any issues and/or concerns raised by employees and managers on matters pertaining to HR for the respective Department.
• Work closely with Head Of HR to identify the critical business/organizational needs, challenges and people trend

[b]Required Knowledge[/b]
• Minimum experience 6 years as a HR Generalist, with 3 solid years in HR Operations
• Minimum academic qualification: Degree in Business Management/Project management or equivalent
• Must be proficient in English verbal and written communications skills
• Direct work experience in a Call Centre/ Customer Service/ IT is an added advantage
• Able to work in a team and individually when need be
• Excellent facilitation skills to run workshops/focus groups as and when necessary.
• Adaptability to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to drive effective change management for HR initiatives across the organization
• Strong execution focus combined with the ability to multi-task, with attention to details and managing time productively to meet deadlines.
