Description

Responsibilities

Mainly responsible for accounts, customer support, office administration service.

To assist in daily office administrative task which includes documentation, filling, correspondences, coordinating and follow up on pending matters.

To manage and prepare full set of accounts up to Balance Sheet and provide accounting reports on monthly basis
Responsible for preparing, checking and monitoring all payment issues based on compliance of internal control, procedures and accounting policies
Perform daily accounting operations in accounts payable and account receivable, monthly expenses, bank reconciliation and statement of accounts

Deal directly with customer’s enquiries using standard guideline either by telephone, electronically (e.g. Facebook, email or Skype) or other channels.
Respond promptly and proactively to customer inquiries within timeframe given.
Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints (e.g. registration, withdrawal, operations, promotions, products, events etc.).

Arrange and coordinate conferences, preview, training and meeting on weekly & monthly basis.
Assist during activities or visits organized by company.
Assist in compiling data, reports or slides for meetings and other administrative tasks.

Perform other ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management.

Requirements
Must display superior interpersonal and persuasion skills with ability to communicate comfortably with clients in courteous and professional manner.
Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing, Secretarial or equivalent.
Required language(s): English (Compulsory) and Chinese (Preferred)
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Administrative, Accounting, Microsoft Office, Customer Service, Windows OS
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Positive working attitude and able to work independently or in a team environment.
Willing to work beyond normal working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
