To be considered for this Customer Service opportunity, you will be an accurate and fast typist with excellent customer service skills who will deal with clients, be confident and have a polite telephone manner and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. You will be a well-organized person with strong administrative skills. You will manage your own time well and be a confident user of the Microsoft Office suite.
This position will involve working as part of a team and individually to ensure that customers are handled in a friendly, useful and professional way and that customers inquiries are handled in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Answer incoming calls from new and existing clients in a friendly and professional manner
Register new client's inquiries on a daily basis onto the company database and amend accordingly
Deliver a high standard of customer service
Responsible for obtaining accurate information enabling the right actions and decisions to resolve queries correctly
Resolve queries and concerns efficiently and effectively
Undertake general administrative duties including opening and sending mail, filing, scanning and archiving
Liaise with relevant internal/external departments to support delivery of excellent customer service
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal procedures by keeping up to date with all changes in the regulatory framework
Take personal responsibility and work hard to achieve a balance of high productivity whilst providing excellent service
Carry out any other reasonable tasks/duties to support the business as directed by line management
