Job Responsibilities:
- To acquire a suitable location for the setting up of a training centre;
- To develop sales pipelines;
- To conduct market research, and to plan and execute business strategies;
- To recruit, train, on-board and manage the day-to-day affairs of employees;
- To mentor employees on an ongoing basis and to collate customer feedback;
- To assist the chief executive in all matters that may arise from time to time.

Job Requirements:
- Years of Work Experience - Fresh graduate or 1-year working experience for bachelor's degree holder, or 3-year working experience for Diploma holder.
- Required Language - Mandarin. Applicants must be able to speak and understand Mandarin. Those who are able to speak and/or write English would have an advantage.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with the usual work softwares
- Have strong learning capabilities, good communication skills, enjoy a considerable amount of sales skills, frank and honest;
- Priority will be given to those with experience in internet-related enterprises or delivery services and those who are familiar with the situation of local O2O business
