? Develops and implements strategic sales in order to achieve corporate goals and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.
? Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the internal sales force to develop their skill in order to ensure that a high professional standard is achieve and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
? Maintains and expands customers base, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and intensively identifying new customer opportunities within the sales area.
? Implements trade promotions by networking, publishing/tracking, and attending market exhibitions.
? Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales intel and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; follow-up production, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining regional sales system continuous improvements.
? Directly report to management about KPIs and their evolution.
? Any other assignments if needed.
The position will be based in our Dongguan (Chang An) office.
? Graduated Bachelor/Master degree in Business/Administration, Engineering or equivalent.
? English & one of Southeast Asia Language (Indonesia, Malay, Tagalog, Thailand, Vietnam) speaking and written fluently is a must, Mandarin is a plus.
? Sales experience in Southeast Asia market is a plus
? Sales working experience in electrical/mechanical fields is a plus.
? Technical background and/or experience in both prospection and business development is appreciated.
? Well-organized, flexible and willing to travel mainly within APAC area.
? Strong analytical mind, negotiation skills, and results oriented.
? Proficient in MS Office.
