Description

Report to General Manager ASEAN
Key performance:
 Takes on accountability of the country business operations.
 Defines and implements annual budget plans and provides regular reports to the
headquarters.
 Coordinates and develops all departments and ensures operational and strategic goals are
achieved.
 Coordinates the logistics in operations, including warehousing activities.
 Develops both new business and current accounts through business development
research to create growth in sales.
 Represents the company externally with government, statutory/regulatory bodies and
business partners/allies.
 Networks effectively with local clients and develops strong professional relationships.
 Develops and implements internal systems for logistics, commercial and financial
information flows in cooperation with headquarters.
 Drives continuous improvements in productivity and profitability.

Requirement
 5 years of experience in management role, and experience in managing international
business setting up is an advantage.
 Fluent in English, and Mandarin (speaking & writing)
 Exceptionally well organized and result oriented
 Analytical thinker with excellent problem solving skills
 Proactive interpersonal skills, high team development and engagement capability
 Willingness to travel between Cambodia and other Asian countries.
