Description

• To provide a comprehensive secretarial and administration service to the CEO across the range of his work to achieve maximum efficiency.
• To maintain and organize the CEO’s diary, filing system, and all other relevant areas as necessary.
• To support the CEO in all projects and proposals...etc. through research, consultation, and team-management.
• To facilitate and coordinate meetings, schedule, and follow up action base on the dateline.
• To prepare and circulate reports, minutes, and agendas for Board and Sub-Committee meetings.
• To respond to Board Members and other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner, both orally and in writing.
• To be responsible for receiving enquiries and providing an effective referral service.
• To maintain and continuously keep up to date all mailing lists.
• To liaise positively and professionally with relevant people, guests, and partner;
• Commit to work proactively to support the CEO.
• Any other duties assign by the CEO.

Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economic, Law or other related fields
• Experience interacting with international companies is a plus
• Proven management skills and ability to negotiate effectively with partners
• Have knowledge of data analysis and financial assessment
• Ability to communicate fluently in either English or Khmer
• Proficient in Microsoft Offices(Word, Excel, Power Point), Internet and Email
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills including superior writing skills, presentation skill and the ability to effectively manage a variety of relationships
• Clear understanding of confidentiality.
• Ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines and adapt to change.
• The ability to pay high attention to detail to ensure that high quality work leaves the organization
• Ability to work in a flexible manner – out of hours as required.
Diplomas
