About

Providing assistance to the documentation and secretary’s for their daily needs.
Distribution of different documents as instructed by document controller for discipline review and comments.
Preparing stationery request for project by hand written and send to the secretary for the formal request thru system.
Full support the Document Controller to maintain and update status of all documents as per Project procedure standard.
Operate office machines such as photocopiers and scanners.
Delivering office supplies to the concern project.
Collecting some parcels from mail room and distribute.
Arranging outgoing and incoming correspondences.
Arranging coffee’s tea’s for the meetings.
Assisting for preparation of meetings especially to the video conference calls as required by Project.
Providing assistance to all disciplines manager’s such as filling, scanning of documents ant etc.

MS Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, Retail financial transactions, Facility Planning, Organize, Personality Skills, Business Development, Installation, Database Knowledge.
