Organization and follow up of local and regional Client Acceptance Committee, Client Review Committee as well as Account Closures Committee.
Preparation of all client related documents and presentation of files to committee members.
Taking minutes of Client Acceptance Committees held and subsequently circulating them to the Committee Members. In addition to registering them in the relevant clients files.
Controlling client opening documentation and related systems inputs.
Following up on KYCs upon expiration (Know Your Client).
Client documents safekeeping and ensuring that theyre up to date and in good order. In case of any missing documents, RMs are notified accordingly to obtain the necessary information.
Receiving, controlling and transmitting transactions to the booking center. Upon receiving cli-ent instructions, first level of control is obtained in addition to management approval (if re-quired) before sending them to the booking centers for execution.
Performing controls on client instructions by extracting all clients transaction from the system and cross-checking all related documents.
Managing all clients mail, in addition to maintaining client status (DIA closure & Dormant).
Preparing monthly reports on client documentation status with statistics.
