•Administration and Management: Knowledge of business and management
principles involved in resource allocation, human resources
modeling,leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of
people and resources.

•Project Management and Planning: Ability to effectively manage
projects and deliver within set deadlines. Establishing and
implementing complete project processes, designing a performance
review process of the projects, maintaining it and effectively
monitoring its implementation. Comprehensive understanding of project
management methodologies.

•Project Leadership: Ability to motivate project members; set
achievable objectives; maintain a positive outlook; take
responsibility; make decisions; and provide constructive feedback.

•Operational Effectiveness: Ability to lead results-based management
and reporting. Ability to go beyond established procedures and models,
propose new approaches which expand the range of programmes.

•Analytical and Reporting Skills: Recognizes areas of weaknesses
requiring improvements and makes recommendations to the management for
consideration, approval and implementation.

•Negotiations & Networking: Ability to negotiate in many situations:
international affairs, the legal system, government, industrial

•Interpersonal and communication skills: I am able to build an
understanding of the client needs and concerns, and express these to
other members of my team.

•ICT Competence: Good command of Microsoft Office tools, word
processing, data handling and processing, presentation, operating
systems and internet.
