Hello Prospective English Teacher,

We are currently looking for English Teachers to teach online. The curriculum includes ESOL courses with Phonics, Reading and Writing. We use the California primary and intermediate Treasure and Wonders.

The students' ages range from 7-15 years old. We also offer advanced reading and writing courses for TOEFL and SAT.

The teacher will be responsible for their lesson plan and will have input on scheduling. Sometimes, the teacher may even schedule the student themselves.

We will only accept qualified English Teachers.

Online Class Process:

The teacher will present a demo class with a student or a group of students. If the student is satisfied with the demo class they will be assign to the teacher as a regular student or group.

The classes are conducted via an app called Haohuiyi or Zoom. We may provide a basic training. Each teacher will be given an account and code. If you are interested we offer assisting you to get a Wechat account for communication with the staff.

Time:

Typically the hours are in the evening and on weekends.

Hiring steps:

If you are interested in our program and you are hired, we will send you our teaching materials.

Your pay rate will be determined after your first demo. The longer you work with the company the better your chances are to get a raise. Teachers get paid once a month.

After your initial email response to indicate your interest, we will then inform you where to send your teaching documents: resume/CV, degree certificate and a photo.
