CASA ROSA was built to be utilized as a fishing camp and a nature adventure for family and friends and has been utilized as such. This year we completed a water well with the idea being that we would install a large above ground swimming pool, to accommodate the necessary water for the pool, and were excited to find the quality outstanding and after testing found the taste without chemicals excellent. (Very Good Water)
The main building (house) is laid out ‘grand room’ style (dinning –living area combined) with a large master bed room and walk in closet, a second bedroom with walk in closet, 2 separate bathrooms, convenient kitchen, and computer area with breakfast bar. (171.41 M2)
Attached to but with private entrance and bath room with large walk in closet is a (48.5 M2) apartment complete with cooking area. Note: A door could be installed from the main house to this apartment keeping all under one roof. The entrance to this apartment is from the rear terrazzo.
When facing the house from the entrance to the property along the right side of the house and rear apartment there is a car port (5 autos) and a laundry room (area) and connected to the right side of the car port are two efficiency apartments with bathrooms and entrance from under the car port. One of which is completed and the second is 80% completed. Forward of these two units is an area for two more units that would also have entrance from under the car port.
Connected to the rear efficiency apartment, under roof and gated (metal), is the water tank and demand pump for the water system for the property. Just behind this is a large storage building with an area to clean fish or for doing laundry. The rear yard is open and will easily accommodate a large above ground swimming pool. All of the property has a block wall surrounding same with a very tall front wall and large metal gate as evidenced in the photos.
Three years ago a value appraisal was performed by a reputable company, result being $200,000. . We are selling this property as a result of continued health issues that are being addressed in the USA, flying back and forth is no longer practical.
