Hello, I am Korean living in a hanok (in Bukchon Hanok Village) with roommates from other countries.
We have extra rooms during the winter holiday season for both short term and long term.

[LONG TERM available from December 26th(Tue) until when you want to live~ ]
I am looking for a roommate (single female) who can be a good friend with me, a Christian preferred.
I am looking for a roommate who can become good friends.
I am fluent in Korean and English, and can speak some Chinese.

The rent fee is 300,000won per month.
Extra 50,000won per month if breakfast is wanted.
Extra 50,000won until February for the heating system.

*Payment method will be through bank account transfer one day before you move in.
And will be paid on the same date every month.

[SHORT TERM ROOM from Dec 18th 2017~ Jan 20th 2018]
I have a room available for short term rent from December 18th 2017 (Monday)~January 20th 2018 (Saturday)
The rent fee is 50,000 won per person per day (1~2 people can sleep in the room)
A wardrobe; mattress and blanket to sleep on the floor will be provided.
Breakfast will be provided with bread and jam.
*The total fee for the room will be paid in cash on the day you move in, or can be transferred to bank account before you move in.

If you want to sleep in a living room in a hanok,
short term rent is available.
Living room is seperated from other rooms and all doors are closed, and is also separate from the kitchen.
So it can have a cozy room vibe when all the doors are closed.
Rent fee is 40,000won per person per day.
From 1 person up to 3 people can sleep in the living room.
Breakfast is included as jam and bread.
*The total fee for the room will be paid in cash on the day you move in, or can be transferred to bank account before you move in.

*About the house
The hanok is traditional Korean house.
Our hanok is in Bukchon Hanok Village.
Walking distance from palaces, Changdeok-gung and Unhyeon-gung.
Gyeongbok-gung is one subway stop away.
Insa-dong(5~10minute walk), Cheongye-cheon Stream(15minute walk) are also in walking distance.
English-Korean translation and Seoul tour available, paid (fee negotiable)

**Rules about the house for both short term and long term guests..
1. No smoking nor drinking inside the house
2. No pet
3. No shower after midnight..
We have many people living in this house..
We don't have curfew but please keep quiet after midnight..
