We welcome local and expatriate, or any responsible individual to rent over our house in Kingfisher Sulaman, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. The house is a 2-1/2 storey terrace Intermediate, located in a nice, quiet and guarded neighborhood. It is about 5 minutes
drive to the 1-Borneo shopping mall, the Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) or Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UiTM), 10 minutes to Likas Hospital, 20 minutes to Kota Kinabalu City Centre and about 25 minutes to the Kota Kinabalu International Airport (KKIA). There is a shop lot outside the housing area with restaurants, mini markets, a bakery and a laundry shop. Other than that, there are hair and beauty salon, reflexology, tailor, curtain shop, hardware shop, workshop and also a pet shop. Two leading fast food restaurants, KFC and McDonald's that offer drive thru service are just within 3 kilometers away.
It consists of 5 bedrooms (sleep 8-9 people), 4 toilets, an open living, dining and kitchen space, a generous family and study space, a laundry space and a store room. Two bedrooms with en suite toilets, and another 2 bedrooms with attached sharing toilet.
There is a small space for clothesline drying and gardening in the backyard. The car porch
can accommodate 2 cars.
The house is fully equipped with a sofa set, a build in kitchen cabinet, a refrigerator, a dining table with 8-seater, a television, a washing machine and an automatic gate. Four bedrooms equipped with bedroom sets (2 kings, 1 queen, 2 super single) that
include bed, mattress, comforter set, pillows, wardrobe and dressing table. Bedroom windows (except the one with blinds) dressed with double lining, day and sunblock curtains. In all bedrooms and living equipped with fans and air conditioning. All toilets equipped with a water heater and shower, an exhaust fan, a bidet, mirror and blinds. The study and family area are well lighted and left clutter free to allow some flexibility.
We prefer a long term tenant with two (2) year contract, but can also consider a minimum of 1 year staying. Two (2) months rental plus one (1) month rental advance and a utility deposits, together with signed contract should be provided by future tenant in exchange of keys and access.
