Laurent de Wilde Trio Concert

The Institut Français, cultural department of the French Embassy, has the pleasure of presenting the Laurent de Wilde Trio concert at Manarat Al Saadiyat on May 26. The pianist Laurent de Wilde, the bass player Bruno Rousselet and the drummer Phlippe Soirat will play extracts from his accoustic album Over the Clouds among other things.

This world-renown artist produced an album in 2012 which was universally acclaimed for its diversity. By adding african rhythms, he takes his audience on a musical journey. The pianist, composer and writer is redefining contemporary jazz through experimentation and innovation.

The concert is organised in partnership with the Alliance française d’Abou Dhabi, Manarat Al Saadiyat, Mercure Hotel and Time Out Tickets with the support from the Bank of Sharjah.
