This is a 1-day workshop for broad-minded expats professionals who are looking for new perspectives in their career and eager to find rewarding opportunities in the German business environment.

Welcome to ReDesign My Career workshop for expatriates! In a small group (max 8 participants) of like-minded people, you will create your personal business model and challenge yourself by ReDesigning it taking into account the German business context and your personal talents. You have a chance to present your personal business model in the group and get the immediate and insightful feedback which will give you a snapshot of “Who you are” and “How others see you” as a professional or an expert. It will enable you to position yourself in your target business environment the way You would like to be perceived. At the end of the workshop, you will create your first personal business model for a new Role which could transform the quality of your life abroad. Furthermore, you will get an useful advice on how to structure your CV and cover letter and present yourself in professional networks such as LinkedIn and Xing.
