Reiki newcomers' event

This is an event for anyone who is new to Reiki and either wants to learn a bit more about it, or is perhaps considering taking the Level 1 course.

We will start with a Holy Fire Reiki group healing/meditation - this can give a sense of deep relaxation and is a way of experiencing Reiki energy without contact.
There will be an opportunity to learn a bit more about Reiki and ask any questions you might have.
Then we will have a practical group session, where you will be able to experience what it is like to share Reiki with each-other and also receive a short treatment, so that you have an idea what a Reiki session would be like (this may be seated or lying down). I might also show you how a full Reiki session would be conducted.

The event will be held in Bobigny, 7 mins walk from métro Bobigny-Pablo-Picasso on line 5.
