In association with Brasserie Mondo, Le Cercle des voyageurs' restaurant, we are happy to bring you on a journey to the Caribbean islands of Martinique and Guadeloupe! A concert a selection of caribbean food specialities to make you believe, just for one night, that you are under the tropics..
Marie Galante is a quintet playing Caribbean music from Guadeloupe and Martinique, with Benjamin Sauzereau (guitare), Hélène Duret (clarinets), Léo Rathier (guitare, banjo), Théo Lanau (drums) and Jordi Cassagne (double bass).
Marie Galante warms up dance floors on the rhythms of biguine, waltz, mazurka and cover of songs such as "Il fait si bon dans tes bras" or "Et oui Doudou !" and many other tunes by famous bands from the 50's and 60's as Robert Mavounzy et son orchestre, Léona Gabriel, Abel Beauregard, Gilles Salla, Jenny Apha, Manuela Pioche and Émilien Antile.

A gastronomic tray with some islands' flavours will be sold espcially that night for the concert! You'll be able to try the accras, colombo, chayotte, blancmange... And of course, ti'punch and rhum will help you to step on the dancefloor!
