Hey Vietnamese foodaholics,

Do you want to try your favorite Vietnamese food that is made by yourself?

In our event “Cooking Day”, you will experience one day of being a Vietnamese:

—>SHOPPING at a traditional market
—>COOKING Vietnamese food at a local house
—>ENJOYING the lunch made by yourself
—>PLAYING some traditional games with other friends.

NOTE: The event Cooking Day is open for non-Vietnamese only.

*****TIMELINE:

10a.m: Gather near Dam Sen Park (District 11, HCMC)

Note: The exact location will be noted in the confirmation email. You can choose to be picked up at your place or go there by yourself.

10a.m – 11a.m: Shopping at a traditional market

11a.m – 1p.m: Cooking together at a local house

1p.m – 2p.m: Have lunch

2p.m – 3p.m: Play traditional Vietnamese games

Spring Rolls (Gỏi cuốn)
Clear Shrimp & Pork Dumplings (Bánh bột lọc)
Soft thin vermicelli with roasted pork (Bánh hỏi heo quay)
Fruits

*****REGISTRATION PROCESS:

3/ Participation fee submission (Fee: 100,000 VND/person) must be transferred to the bank account of Vietnam Track stated in the confirmation email by 6 August 2017 (GMT 7)
