Dear expats,
I would like to invite you to join this FREE ‘Direct Learning’ program that will be held on:
Date and Time : Wednesday 2nd November 16, 9am
Meeting point : Seven eleven – Pasar festival Kuningan, South Jakarta
By joining this program, you can learn Indonesian language and also the culture directly, it is also useful for you who live in Indonesia
Places will be visited : Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (Monumen Nasional & Kota tua would be next destination)
Lessons will be learned :
1. Practice speaking with Indonesian people. Such as to the food sellers, bus drivers, security officers and many more with the instructions given
2. Exploring the traditional houses from all over Indonesia and the information about it
3. The culture from (almost) all over Indonesia
4. Cross cultural understanding for expatriates
Note:
1. In this program, I will be your street translator and language instructor
2. You need to bring your notebook, dictionary (Google translate would be ok) and pens
3. We will take public transportation
4. Prepare your money to buy TMII entry ticket (max. 20.000 IDR/person), the museums will be charged (optional)
Reminder:
For safety, women should not wear high heels, sexy clothes (very short skirt) or attractive make up
