I'm a Swedish guy living in Kyoto since september 2014. Here I'm taking a 2 year Master's Degree in Global Business and Management Studies(MBA). Follow the thoughts about my Life in Japan, Various trips, Amazing Food, Health, Part-time job and University Life. As I live and travel around in the Kansai area, most of my focus will be here.
This blog follows my adventures living and working in Japan as Fulbright Fellow for a year beginning in September 2010. I post photographs and also short essays on the mishaps of my cultural adjustment. Enjoy!
Talking about Japanese food, sports, celebrities, etc., especially in the Kansai area.
Deep Kyoto is a website for foreign residents and tourists, introducing those good places and people that make up the modern city. The primary focus of the blog is on cafes, bars and restaurants of character. However, any other information I consider beneficial for long and short-term visitors will also be included. All reviews are of places I personally have visited and taken a shine to, and include opening hours, plenty of photographs, and super clear directions so you dont get lost.
Country living as a springboard for roaming and rambling. With occasional music and light exercise. Now with more Kyoto!
