Traditional Oriental Dance (Middle-East) invites you to move a way that is very different from Western habits. Behind the festive movements is hidden a deep workout of the postural muscles and of the flexibility of the joints.
Thanks to structured and playful exercises, students learn the middle-eastern movements and learn to use the body’s fundamental mechanisms in conjunction with gravity. This constitutes the essence of all arab-oriental dances but also latin and afro dances, and is the key to fluidity, presence, the saving of energy, the sense of rhythm. The lessons are also an opportunity to discover a fascinating musical and cultural universe.
