I am looking for a personal trainer that can help me to loose some weight! I have trained before but fell out of the routine once It was just me, so I need someone to motivate and push me.
I do not require a native English speaker, as long as you have enough English to explain things, push me further etc.
I would ideally like to train twice a week on either Mon/Tues/Thurs after 5pm. I would prefer to train at a gym but do not have a membership to one at the moment so am open to gym suggestions/places to train in the D1 (Dakao) area.
