Hi Bigal-1. Yes the Tuk Tuk seems to be the way forward but the Bajaj is still more common in Jakarta. I have no idea how one goes about acquiring the vehicle but will keep my ears open for you. Good luck in your search.

i live in bali but i need some assistance from someone in jakarta. I am interested in buying a Tuk Tuk ( 3 wheel bike) like the Thaland style not the Bajaj local variety. I understand there are quite a lot in Jakarta but I cannot find where to go with it. Can anyone help? Allan
